Summary

In this role you will oversee the day-to-day Service Fulfillment Team operations. This includes managing open calls, on time billings, proactive preventative maintenance scheduling, work in process and solve simple/complex customer feedback and complaints.

Additionally you will schedule field service technicians to accomplish a day to day scope of work, while managing customer expectations.

Contribution

In partnership with the district sales offices, this role owns the customer experience for Services. This role plays a vital role in developing schedules and assigning work to meet critical service projects.

Essential functions and responsibilitiesincludethefollowing.Otherfunctionsmaybeassigned.

•Coordinates service resources

•Manages daily work flow to meet monthly, quarterly and yearly expectations. Including managing open calls, on time billings, proactive preventative maintenance scheduling, work in process.

•Working with Area Service Managers to assign team members to projects

•Schedules personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability

•Generates Work Order Documents, dispatches technicians, and notifies customers

•Responsible for customer interaction/satisfaction

•Reviews project paperwork, completed calls, and forwards project paperwork to Project Administrators

•Maintains positive customer experience by investigating concerns, routing them to the assigned staff, and responding to special requests

•Logs service start-up and service work requirements in job tracking system

•Responsible for generating, interpreting, and printing various assigned reports

•Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.

Qualifications

Educationand/or experience

•4 year college degree desired in field of business or accounting

•Data Insights and Tech Savvy knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office products

•Familiarity with the operation of Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems and/or Temperature Controls desired

Language skills

Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiple, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Valid Driver’s License (occasional field visits)

While performing the duties of this job, you would regularly be required to sit, talk, and hear. You would be occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
