Job Summary:

Act as a key communication link between the external customer, plants and internal cross-function teams. Accountable for ensuring that customers receive the best service/support possible, to maximize customer satisfaction, enhance the organization’s image in the market place and work together with sales team to achieve AOP target.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Order Management

-Verification of sales order to customer actual demand, approved price, and request date. Keep agile collaboration with factory for Master Scheduling.

-Review, communication and control order price base on LOA.

-Meet customer required ship dates including expediting or delay within factory when necessary, while keep balancing with factory operation impacts.

-Work with the customer, forwarder and plant on problem resolution.

-Work with the customers & sales to receive claims. Provides reports / data to plant and coordinate the research to solution.

2. VAB, MVB & Marketing Order

-Apply VAB, MVB & Marketing Order per configuration & approval.

-Coordinate with plant and functional dept on complete schedule.

3. orecast / SIOP Maintain

-Monthly Forecast / SIOP review and management with country leader.

4. Report Maintenance:

-APR & ANZ Master Report prepare and analysis

-VAB, MVB & Marketing Order shipping record

-Reward / Promotion Record

5. Other jobs or responsibilities assigned by direct leader.

Qualifications:

  1. Good at English reading, speaking & writing and windows office software.
  2. ERP system knowledge and experience, Oracle preferred.
  3. High responsibility and Self-motivated, Customer oriented and service mindset, detailed oriented
  4. Good communication & interpersonal skills to interact with both internal and external customers,
  5. Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills, e.g. flexible and quick action to solve the urgent cases or complaints.
