Daily operation of IT infrastructure support and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, process and accounting principles. This role play a vital role in ensuring first-line on-site IT support working as part of a team to deploy defined technology solutions to physical locations and business users. Serves as on-site support extensions for other Infrastructure and Application teams.
Work independently for computer hardware troubleshooting (Dell) and contact Dell for hardware replacement
Work independently for Microsoft Windows operating system (Windows xp, Windows 7, 8) setup and installation
Work independently for other software used in IR setup and installation
Work independently for personal computer environment troubleshooting
Work independently for desktop printer/multifunction printer setup/installation and maintenance
Work independently for bar code printer setup/installation and maintenance
Work independently for desktop telephone technical support
Work independently for other IT related accessories such as handheld wireless scanner setup and installation
Work independently for IT assets management
Work independently for IT equipment support on shop floor
Work with peer groups for IT devices procurement
Assist to check the IT room UPS, air conditioners running status
Assist to check the IT room server, network equipment running status
Be engaged in all IT infrastructure activities and projects assigned
Follow requirements to complete tasks to meet short-and long-term deadlines
Bachelor or equivalent degree from an accredited school, major in Information Technology<= two years' of working experience in IT FST areas
Strong ownership, and commitment driven style
Good team player
Good interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate with internal clients, peers and team effectively
Documentation skill is a plus
Strong learning agility, and commitment to continuous learning.
Understanding of new requirements/process, able to follow up
Team coorperation on problem solving
Be familiar with Microsoft Suite software, especially on word & Excel
Knowledge of sever/network function is a plus
Fluent spoken & written English
