Job Summary:

The learning operation specialist is a member of Enterprise Learning team who reports to Talent & Organizational Capability (T&OC)CoE. This is an Asia Pacific role with a geographic coverage of more than 10 countries.

With guidance from Regional Learning Leader, manage training logistics for leadership and employee development within the Asia Pacific

- Support regional implementation of global training courses

-Support the implementation of regional enterprise training courses

·Support Enterprise Learning from planning to delivery including coordinating training plan, collecting participants’ lists, confirming facilitators, arranging training logistics, providing on-site support, running training reports, arranging pre-training interviews and post training interviews.

·Coordinate vendor management processes including identification, selection, evaluation, cost and quality management for regional enterprise learning programs.

·Coordinate monthly newsletter, quarterly SBU learning reports and other regular communications to enhance enterprise learning branding and continuously create awareness from internal clients.
